(a) The search for new solutions to wave boundary value problems associated with a decrease in the visibility of the fields of radiation and scattering of waves of various nature by physical bodies in the temporal (ultra-wideband) representation. The control of the parameters of the boundary-value problem with a high spatial-temporal resolution allows in some cases to construct structures, for example, absorbing coatings, thin in comparison with the lengths of the absorbed waves. Such solutions cannot be reduced to the traditional combination of electric circuits with constant (in time) parameters.
